Ryan Erker represents families working through probate, estate, and trust administration issues. Practicing for more than 14 years, Ryan started his career representing individuals facing domestic litigation, divorce, and serious criminal charges throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. Active litigation and trial work over more than a decade opened a path for Ryan to use his skills and experience to help families facing probate or trust administration following the loss of a loved one. Probate, trust administration, executor and trustee responsibilities and requirements can all be very confusing and daunting - especially when you’re trying to grieve. While post-death administration work starts with a family loss, Ryan enjoys the opportunity to use his skills and experience to guide families through the process.

Originally from Olathe, Ryan completed undergraduate work at the University of Notre Dame and law school at Saint Louis University. Away from the office, Ryan and his wife Stephanie spend their time trying to keep up with their four young kids
